QUINCY: If you are using your GPS: Coddington Street is continuous with Sea Street and is located in the Quincy Center. Quincy covers a lot of land so there are several areas that look like a center but this is the one where City Hall is located. We are the first building past Bethany Congregational Church.
We are 4 block behind the President's Church. If driving, take left just past the church (with the large gray pillars - President's Church) , then go straight (that is Coddington Street) and go 3 blocks. The High School will on the left. Use the parking lot next to our building . You will cross 1 set of lights at Washington St.
Did you know that President's John Adams and John Quincy Adams both came from here? Ever heard of Abigale Adams?There are numerous restaurants that have opened all over this area. Acapulco offers Mexican cuisine and delicious margaritas.
By the Red line:
Take the 'Braintree' train (Do not take the Ashmont train) to the Quincy Center stop.
This stop is about 20 minutes south of the downtown Boston.
Walk across across Hancock Street, walk straight (going right around President's Galleria), then stay left ~3 blocks. (If you bear right you will be on Washington St) We are at 57 Coddington St (across the street from the High School - big building with 1/2 blue windows).
From the North take exit 12, Neponset Circle. Stay right as you leave the ramp, go though a light and you will cross back under the highway.
Drive up onto the Neponset bridge, (Planet Fitness will on the left) stay in the right lane and take the first exit. This is Hancock Street.
Take your first right onto Newport Ave.
Follow this road. When you get to the SUPER Gas Station, take a left at the next intersection (top of the hill) onto Adams St.
Adams St joins with Hancock St and you are almost here. Sullivan Tire will on your left (at Hancock).
Continue into the Square. Take the left just past the church (with the large gray pillars - President's Church) , then go straight (that is Coddington Street) .You will cross 1 set of lights at Washington St and go 2 more blocks. A High School (building with 1/2 blue windows) will on the left. Use the parking lot next to our building.
From the south take exit for Quincy. Look for signs to the Thomas Burgin Pkwy. Take a right on Granite St into Quincy Center. Take a left onto Hancock. You will see Acapulco restaurant across the intersection. You are forced onto Coddington and will find yourself bearing right at the church with the large gray pillars (President's Church) , then go straight (that is Coddington Street) You will cross 1 set of lights at Washington St and go 2 more blocks. A High School (building with 1/2 blue windows) will be on the left. Use the parking lot next to our building.
There is 1 and 2 hour parking all over. No time limit after 6pm so if you park at 4 (2 hr spot) or 5 (1 hr spot) you are all set. There is also parking next to 57 Coddington that you are welcome to use.
